By accessing or purchasing from the Platform, you ("Student," "User," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, creating an account, or accessing any course content on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not purchase or access our content.

2. Products and Services

Dispatch Masters University offers self-paced online educational courses, instructional video content, downloadable templates, business documents, and supplementary resources related to truck dispatching, freight logistics, carrier compliance, and transportation entrepreneurship (collectively, "Course Content" or "Digital Products"). All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Dispatch Masters University does not guarantee specific financial results, income levels, or business outcomes as a result of completing any course.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or access course content.

• By enrolling, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• Use of the Platform is void where prohibited by applicable law.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless an installment plan is explicitly offered.

• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

• You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with your purchase.

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full purchase amount at the time of checkout.

5. Refund Policy - All Sales Are Final

Due to the immediately accessible, digital nature of all course materials, all sales are final once access to course content has been granted. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.

Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to proprietary digital content - including video lessons, templates, and business documents - that cannot be "returned." We strongly encourage all prospective students to review the full curriculum, read these Terms carefully, and contact us with any pre-purchase questions before enrolling.

Exceptions: Refunds will only be considered in cases of (a) duplicate charges caused by a verified technical error on our platform, or (b) unauthorized charges verified through your financial institution. All such refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

6. License to Access - Personal Use Only

Upon successful payment, Dispatch Masters University grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the purchased Course Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You may not: share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer your login credentials or any course content to any third party; upload or republish course videos, documents, or materials on any other platform or channel; use course content to create competing educational products or services; screen-record, screenshot, or reproduce materials for distribution; or use course templates in ways that violate applicable law. Violations may result in immediate access termination without refund and potential legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform - including video lessons, course materials, templates, graphics, branding, written content, and methodologies - is the exclusive intellectual property of Dispatch Masters University and its instructors. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property. The Dispatch Masters University name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks and may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Earnings & Results

Dispatch Masters University makes no guarantee of income, profit, or business success. All testimonials, student results, and income examples shared on the Platform represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee, promise, or representation of typical results. Results will vary significantly based on individual effort, experience, market conditions, geographic location, business decisions, and many other factors outside our control. The transportation and logistics industry is subject to regulatory changes and economic cycles that may affect your business outcomes.

9. Educational Content - Not Legal or Financial Advice

All course content is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice, financial advice, accounting advice, tax advice, or any other professional advisory service. 10. Account Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate access termination without refund.

11. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain continuous platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and restore service promptly.

12. Termination of Access

Dispatch Masters University reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice or refund for: violation of any provision of these Terms; unauthorized sharing or distribution of course content; fraudulent, abusive, or harassing behavior toward instructors, staff, or other students; or chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith.

13. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

By purchasing from Dispatch Masters University, you agree to resolve any billing concerns directly with us before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Filing a fraudulent chargeback after accessing course materials may constitute fraud and could result in legal action and reporting to credit agencies. 14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dispatch Masters University, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data - arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Course Content.
